Music is actually a great way to help learn another language! All of the lessons will be in english, so if you’re learning english as a second (or third) language, then this course will be an excellent tool to help you master the language.

Nope and nope! All levels of musical knowledge and ability are welcome (including zero!). I will guide you through each lesson, you just relax, follow along, and play, sing and dance with your child. No music degree required.

This course is designed for parents/caregivers of little ones age 2-6, who are willing to be silly, sing, dance, play, and try something new. Families who are ready to experience high quality, brain boosting activities and bonding time with each other.

You may be struggling with tantrums, meal times, or transition times, or you may be short on time and energy and need a step-by-step, enriching music experience for you and your child to do, on your own time. This is the course for you!

• Not for you if you don’t want to sing, dance, be silly, or try something new.

• Not for you if you are against peaceful/respectful parenting.

• Not for you if you just want to look for reasons why this won’t work for you. (If that’s you, let me save you some time by saying flat out, this is not the course for you.)

For the best viewing experience, we recommend watching the music lesson videos on a laptop or desktop computer (so that it’s easier to see on the bigger screen). A tablet could work, too.

For the parenting lesson videos you can use any device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc).

All of the materials will be accessible through the private course platform online. You will need an internet connection and possibly a printer if you want to print the music lyrics PDFs.

Nope! This course is delightfully flexible in that way; you can watch (and rewatch) each lesson as many times as you like. You’ll have unlimited replays and LIFETIME access. Woot!

All of the songs and rhymes come from english folk songs and english traditional songs. All of the musical listening examples come from classical music (instrumental pieces).

This is a “choose-your-own-adventure” style course:

30 minutes/week – watch and participate in one music lesson video with your child.

OR

40 minutes/week – watch one music lesson video with your child AND one parenting lesson video (on your own).

OR

90 minutes/week – Rewatch the same music lesson video multiple days in the same week (for ex, watch lesson 1 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

OR

100 minutes/week – Repeat the same music lesson video with your child over the course of a several different days, AND watch one parenting lesson video. 

OR

Literally any other combination you can think of. Prefer to binge watch the parenting lessons in a row? Sure thing, you’re in the driver’s seat here.
